He was knowledgeable.

He was very patient

He was extremely helpful that if the item wasnt on the shelf, he went to the back room to find what I was looking for.

He spent three hours of non stop superior service with me and never complained once or handed me to another representative because he needed to go on break or lunch.

Have trusted GP Bikes since the days in the first strip mall location. Today's purchase is the first in over ten years as I have been away from the sport. In the past we have purchased a used motorcycle, and have sold one to GP Bikes, Alpinestar boots, Sidi boots for my wife and numerous Joe Rocket Textile rider gear always leaving happy with the selection, service and price. Today's purchase is the 5th helmet that I have bought from GP, and marks my first off road helmet from you, the help from the sales associate was excellent. I want to also mention that suffering from PTSD and Anxiety, I have not been out much over the past ten years, even to Walmart is a challenge. So travelling an hour each way and to be in a store, well I was concerned how I would do...turns out...the environment and sales staff were very courteous and most of all HELPFUL! It is awesome to continue to see GP Bikes growing and going strong. Thank you again for being our source for many years!!!

Let me start with when I first dropped into the shop. I spoke with Jeremy about various options and Im glad I did. As a beginner rider I had some interesting ideas about my first bike, as I was talking to him about them he indicated that the bike I was thinking about was pretty quick and as a result could be unforgiving if I was ever in a panic situation. He asked me a few questions about what I was thinking about doing with the bike and showed me a few that fit the bill. I am a heavy researcher when making a purchase and over the next couple of weeks he answered every question I had about the bike I was interested in. Once I decided and came in to make the purchase he made the paperwork and transaction nice and smooth. I owe him a serious debt of gratitude for his guidance because not long after I got my bike I found myself in one of these panic situations. Had I been on a bike that was more sensitive on the throttle I would not be able to write this post. Thanks Jeremy, I owe you!

The service doesn't stop there, I have had a few dealings with the folks in various departments and every one of them pros, the fellow at the upstairs parts counter is awesome, he helped me locate handlebar risers for the bike because I am a much taller than normal rider,,,,,,,,,I didn't even know they existed, yes I'm that new LOL.

Today they were over the top, I had a question about my bike that I sent in via email, to be honest I wasn't even expecting an answer as many businesses now seem unresponsive when it comes to emails. To my surprise I got 2 responses, the first was a great description resolving my issue but then the 2nd was an additional description with, get this, photos showing me what they were describing. I have yet to come across this kind of service.

After getting parts for my other two Triumphs over the last few years I gave them a call when I went to buy a new 2020 Triumph Rocket 3. Ben was awesome to deal with. Shipped the bike half way across the country with no issue The bike is an absolute dream to ride and when I am in the market for another Triumph I will contact them again.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ducati XDiavel. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The sales staff were happy to help with any questions I had, but were not pushy at all. The store itself is very neat and organized, with a lot of selection of bikes and gear. I live in the Niagara Region, but will definitely make the trip to Whitby for anything bike related. Bought the new Michelin pilot 5's about a month ago, and I must say I am amazed at what they are like in wet weather, A solid feel,confident. A good grip in dry and wet. Previously had the pilot4 on my Triumph sprint st1050.these are a great improvement. Would recommend these for anyone who enjoys the rain and long hauls like me.

This was my first bike in over 30 years and the service & attention to detail was superb and flawless - I felt like GP really cares about their clients and that the great customer service is just the beginning of a long relationship. A special mention to Ben in Triumph sales, Reyhan in financing & Maryilyn in apparel who helped me navigate through all the different types of clothing, padding & other safety features that were not even available last time I was on a bike. I've been looking to upgrade my ride for quit some time. Looking online at various websites and dealers to find the right one. I came across gpbikes about 2.5 years ago and watched the different bikes come in for sale and their prices. In 2011 I was serious in upgrading and was watching a specific bike - Honda Valkyrie Interstate - and in August finally made my way from Thunder Bay, ON to Ajax to visit friends and made a point of stopping in at GPBikes. I couldn't believe the size of the dealer. In Thunder Bay any dealer is about 1/4 of the size and about 10% of the number of bikes to choose from. I was in a candy store. The Interstate was still there and further reduced from what was listed on the Website. As I looked around I was introduced to Jeremy. He was pleasant and there was no pressure, he let me take my time to view what was available. I couldn't decide what to do, so my family and I left and came back and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was strapped for time as I was only in town for a couple of days. After doing the paper work for financing and sale I was now in another dilemna, How do I get this 1400 km home? GPBikes could crate it and I would pay for shipping - a great suggestion and still not 100% sure. I came back to Thunder Bay made a couple of phone calls and decided - Fly back to toronto a couple of days later and drive it home. I brought my dad with me to help drive. GPbikes staff were very pleasant and assisted in any manner that I needed to get my ride ready to go. '01 Ducati Monster 600 GP Bikes Rocks! I went in to get my oil filter, & decided to stay. Needing to do a major service on my bike, I wasn't sure I was going to take it to GP Bikes. But after talking to Josh in the service department, I was convinced of doing so. &, riding the end result home on one of the last nice days of the season, I know I made the right decision. Ken went the extra mile, & the bike runs like new. (Ken, no flat spot, the carb is clean!) Everyone from the front desk, to Maureen in accessories, & Jeff in parts, made me feel like I was their only customer. A unique experience that will keep me coming back. Even while tire kicking, no sales associate made me feel pressured, quite the opposite, engaging, & knowledgeable ~ when it's time, this is where I'll go to buy my next bike.

I've been following gpbikes.com for approx 3 years watching the prices for used bikes. Through the years noticed that the pricing was reasonable and when prices dropped they dropped below what the average prices were. I had the opportunity to finally come to Whitby to see the show room and store. I was amazed at the size and number of used motorcycles that were available. I decided to purchase a 2000 Valkyrie Interstated and was pleased with the store and sales associates. After I purchased the bike I then came back a few days later to drive the bike home 1400 km to Thunder Bay, ON. It rode great and had lots of power for the hills in Northern ON. I can't say enough of how well I was treated at GP Bikes! Ken in service was understanding, accommodating and very helpful for all my concerns. The girls in accessories were patient, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of for all my clothing needs. I recently purchased a used Rocket III and was thrilled with the way everything was handled. I'm not sure if the sales staff is on commission, if they are you would not know it as they were all equally helpful and enthusiastic about my new bike. I thought the pricing and trade in allowance was more than fair and have found that GP bikes has always treated me and my family (3 of us ride) very well. They are fair, friendly and knowledgable in short a great place to buy and service a bike of any kind!

GP Staff has to be the most knowledgeable staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Even on the show floor with what seemed to be hundreds of people around I was not brushed off or told sorry I don't know or I can't help you absolutely a wonderful experience. I purchased my bike quite awhile back.and I live a considerable distance from GP Bikes. Gerry was the best and he stands behind his in house warranty 101 %. My bike had a couple probs. Gerry sent his truck out every time to ge it and return it to me..even fixed something that was not covered under his warranty..Would recomend GP Bikes to anyone..No problem at all.

I've been in Toronto for just over five years, and have been to GP Bikes once or twice a year for something to do... Been on the mailing list, and have been shopping for tires off and on most of this past summer. Was there three weeks ago, and someone 'threw me the keys' of a new Multistrada, gave me $10 and said: "Go put some gas in in for us, will ya?" followed by: "See you in half an hour, 45mins maybe?". Anyways... Love that part of the sales side... Today, '40% off in stock tires' Pair for my bike was over $100 cheaper than a quote last week. Sold. Parts guys were great, a little disappointed that the tires were in the service shop, and I have to wait for Monday, but gives me an excuse to go back. :-) Because of the 'outlaying' of cash, I'd brought Ms. Purse Strings with me, prior to the purchase, and in the negotiation/begging stages of the conversations, we were approached five times, by three different sales folks, to see if we needed help. I was impressed by that fact considering there were probably 30 or 40 customers in the store. FANTASTIC. Great Folks Great Selection Great Prices Just wish I didn't live so far away.

Good evening, I have been a customer of yours for the last five years. I have purchased two motorcycles from you over the last three years. Most recently I purchased a 2010 Monster 696. Carl was the gentleman I dealt with. I would like to say that he could just as easily make a career in teaching people how to deal with clients. His service was exemplary. He worked around my schedule for ownership transfer (I had a trade in) and made sure everything was ready for me despite not being able to be there himself (it was an expo weekend when I picked up the bike in April) when I picked up the bike. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was OK! When it comes to service I am just as equally impressed. The gentlemen that work at the reception counter (Josh and the other gentleman for which I do not have his name) are incredibly polite and enthusiastic. I have always been offered water while I waited and they have both answered my endless questions (perhaps some that they have been asked a thousand times by other customers) without once being condescending or sounding annoyed. Once again, exemplary. The final thank you I would like to make is for the Ducati technician with the 'small hat' (I apologize as I do not know his name but he rides a GSXR1000). Twice I have come in with small issues such as a light switch problem and earlier this evening an oil filter problem, and he not only recognized me (sounds funny but it makes you feel respected) but he dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. i was there for less than 10 minutes! It takes me longer to deposit money at the bank and I'm giving them money!!! I would buy him a beer if I lived in Ajax. It is quite evident why GP Bikes has succeeded.
